 Thank you for viewing this FAQ! Try closing the game then double tapping the Home button. You'll see the app icon appear on a bar at the bottom of your screen. Hold down on that icon until it starts to shake, then tap the "-". Then try launching the game again. Relaunching the game will prevent this issue from happening in the future.
