I updated Campus Life Android to 1.18.1 and I'm still missing furniture!

We are aware of the missing furniture issue and have tried to fix it. However, several factors prevent us from solving it at this time. 

Please submit a ticket to pocketgems.com/support and so that we can further assist you with this issue. Please make sure to include your Android ID. 

Here's how you can find your Android ID:


1. Tap "Play" in Campus Life

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "About" and send us the number in the top right corner of the menu. It should be a 16 digit alphanumeric sequence.
