I purchased items in my game with an Apple device, but they haven't shown up in my game. What happened?

We’re sorry that the items you purchased were not directly deposited into your game. Sometimes it can take a day or so for your currency to appear in your game. If you still haven't received your purchase, please submit ticket to us by clicking the "Contact Support" button above. Make sure to include your Support ID so we can help you resolve this issue much quicker.

Here's how you can find your Support ID:


1) Tap the 'Settings' on your device

2) Scroll down to the game you are having issues with

3) Tap on the game you are having issues with

4) Copy / Paste your Support ID to your support ticket for further assistance.
