We're sorry that this has happened to you. We want to assure you that here at Pocket Gems customer satisfaction is our highest prioritiy. If you can submit a ticket with your Support ID we will be able to get these credits into you game.

Here is how to find your Support ID:

1) Tap the 'Settings' on your device

2) Scroll down to the game you are having issues with

3) Tap on the game you are having issues with

4) Copy / Paste your Support ID to your support ticket for further assistance.
